We got word that there has been a shooting on the VT (Virginia Tech) campus. Lots of folks here have kids there.
22 are dead. 21 are injured. 1 shooter is dead. And many, many hearts . . .

I work fulltime and go to school full time. Eating fast food and snack machine fodder not only puts on pounds, but it is unhealthy and expensive. Not to mention the choices are empty sugar, . . .
